Life happens! We've all been there. However, when you book your appointment, you are holding a space on my calendar that is no longer available to other clients. Out of respect for my business and my time, please cancel via email or Vagaro as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.

• If you are more than 20 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

• I require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
